This is Toots,my own beautiful mare, who we sadly lost in December 2020. I had started this painting that summer, but until today, just couldn’t pick up brushes to finish it.
Here she is, as ever, alert and inquisitive despite her 29 years. She came to me as a weanling, so we had a very special bond. 
My horse of a lifetime❤️
